To check the cable connections of your saunas keypad, look for the multicoloured cable connecting to the power supply within the roof of the sauna, then also check the connection on the back of the keypad itself. You can remove the keypad by unscrewing the screws from above and below the keypad frame, lifting the frame away and then carefully checking if the cable is inserted properly into the keypad. The connections and the wires must be solid and tight.
